Ismael Joshua Pesigan III

Based in Manila, Josh leads Arcadian’s Engineering Team and is accountable for strategy, formulation, development, and cross-functional delivery of the company’s software portfolio. Josh is a proven leader with more than 25 years of professional experience in software development and in managing diverse product portfolios. Prior to his role at Arcadian, he was the Director of Projects and Consulting to a leading provider of IT solutions. 

Background Experience

Josh joined Arcadian as the Director and Head of Engineering in November 2022, and he was later promoted to Vice President of Engineering in September 2023.

Before his time at Arcadian, Josh served as the Director of NNIT, a leading IT solutions provider, where he played a pivotal role in the company's operations in the Philippines. Additionally, Josh has been the Chief Technology Officer at WeaverTech since 2003, where he has led various technology initiatives. His earlier experience includes roles such as Head of Software Engineering at Mindlin Consulting Group, Project Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Virtify, Inc., and Database Administrator/C#.Net Developer at Bayview Technologies, Inc.

Josh's career began at Jerboa Software Philippines, where he worked as a Software Developer. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in areas such as software development, project management, and business intelligence, contributing to the success of multiple organizations.
