We didn't set out to name a category. Since 2017 we set out to serve the world's largest studios — and we did, alongside Sony Pictures and other major content owners. But the deeper we went into streaming operations, the clearer one thing became: video was running on hardware that was never built for it, and purpose-built VPUs were the obvious way forward.
We partnered with NETINT and committed to a different answer: purpose-built video silicon, integrated end to end. That's the moment Arcadian became the VPU Integrator.
