Before her current role at Arcadian, Mandy held various senior positions at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where she spent over 11 years. Most recently, she served as the AVP of Business Intelligence, responsible for financial systems and analysis that supported key business decisions. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Business Intelligence and Senior Director of Finance Information Systems, where she developed and managed financial tools and data warehouses to drive business performance.
Her career also includes senior roles in companies like DLC, Cobalt Talon, and Ticketmaster Entertainment, where she specialized in financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence. At Ticketmaster, she played a key role in the financial integration of the merger with Live Nation. Mandy also gained valuable experience at The Walt Disney Studios, where she supported game production and distribution processes and managed financial planning projects.
Earlier in her career, Mandy worked at NBC Universal and GE Money, where she honed her skills in business systems integration, risk management, and quality improvement. Her broad experience across diverse sectors makes her a versatile leader with a deep understanding of financial operations and strategic growth.
